Xfinity Mobile Plus Upgrade Issues *Urgent*
I've been trying to using my elite upgrade since April 4th. Agent on the phone told me I need to upgrade to the Mobile Plus Gen6 plan and has [Edited: "Language"] everything up. I still cannot upgrade after having investing a dozen hours on this between Xfinity phone support and in the store.
I need this resolved and I need to be able to use my anytime upgrade feature immediately!
