Xfinity mobile phone issues
Ok so I ordered a phone online from Xfinity picked it up from the store nearest me. They didn't close the order the sku number dosent match the the phone that they gave me. The store can't process the order the corporate store can't and I've been waiting 3 weeks for the regional manager to get ahold of me to fix this issue. What else can I do so I have a phone that is actually active. And no I'm.not going to buy another phone and try it again I've already paid for this one and I know I won't be getting my money back for it from Xfinity.
