Xfinity Mobile Phone Call Forwarding Rings

After a lot of chatting with Support, I have been told that I cannot adjust the number of rings a caller hears before the call is forwarded.  The number is 5 that the caller hears.  I want to set it to 3 so that the caller gets transferred quicker and doesn't give up waiting.  Is there some way to submit this technical request so that perhaps someday the change would be made to let me pick the number of rings before call forwarding?
