Xfinity mobile no support

I have been trying for 3 months to resolve an issue by chat and phone 10+ times and 3 store visits still no resolution in site. I never receive info for trade ins now i am being billed in full $1600 because they were premium early trade ins and every agent acknowledges this is not my fault assures me that this will be resolved in a few days then nothing happens and i start over again. Been a xfinity customer for 12 years and an xfinity mobile customer since it started but unfortunately it is to the point if this ever gets resolved a switch will need to be made. Xfinity does not appreciate its customers
