Xfinity Mobile - 'Free Phone with Line Upgrade and Tradein' Is not Free

In September Xfinity offered a 'Free iPhone 17 Pro' with an upgrade to your Unlimited Line and a Trade-in of your old iPhone.  I called xfinity told them I am interested in the offer. I was told I fully qualify for the offer and accepted the offer and traded in my 2 iPhones and upgraded 2 lines to Unlimited.  I only ever got a Trade-in discount and never received the Line Upgrade discount. After calling multiple times the customer service people tell me that there is no Line Upgrade discount only the Trade-in discount even though that is what is stated in the Offer that was out in September.  They told me the 'Free iPhone' is not free. So the offer is a lie and the customer service rep that sold it to me is a liar after insisting that yes, I qualify and yes I will get 2 Free iPhone 17s when I upgrade and Trade-in my old phones.  And to add insult to injury I was forwarded to an AI Chatbot supervisor that did not help in any way other than say the comcast was negligent for making that 'Free iPhone' offer when it is clearly not free.
I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service with this issue. It is beyond disrespectful and borders on illegal.

user_4c41c1 Thanks for reaching out to us here about a recent mobile ordering concern where the promotion didn't apply as you were promised in full. We would be happy to review what options we can find that may help with what happened. This certainly isn't the experience we want for customers when they reach out for help with getting services.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
