Xfinity Mobile customer care

I have been dealing with an issue that has not been resolved for 2 months. I’d ordered a phone which was shipped FedEx and it was stolen out the package. I talked to multiple supervisor and I all I get is false promises and no help at all. I had done the thing that they ask me to do but nothing got resolved. I had supervisors tell me that this issue will be resolved and I had supervisors tell me there is nothing they can do. I only been with this carrier for a couple months and I am definitely regretting this decision.
