Xfinity Mobile can't produce receipts??
I paid off a device and xfinity cannot even give me a receipt to show that I paid it off. You mean to tell me that a billion dollar company can't produce a receipt!! I keep getting the run around when I call. I've talked to Anuja, Joy, Maria, another person named Joy, Kevin and Saul and no one can produce a receipt! What kind of company can't produce a receipt?? I'm just appalled. I need to speak with someone who can give me a receipt. Can someone please help me get to someone who can produce results.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
