Xfinity mobile BYOD transfer left me with no service currently
I am writing this forum because I have no regular way to contact support at this time. I transferred from another service provider to Xfinity for the 'free 1-year service' that came bundled with the internet.
During the process the eSim did not take and I have no service. I have an email from Xfinity saying that I am activated on mobile and when I try to use the eSim it says my number is no longer available for transfer.
Just an hour ago it was available for transfer and I had all but completed the process. I contacted my previous service provider before hand to ensure I had everything I needed to complete the transfer and I did (account # and pin # for the transfer.
No service is an awful situation to be in when everything used to contact is an AI assistant on the website. Please help me finish this mobile transfer process as soon as possible.
I was also offered a $200 gift card as part of the promotion and I have not gotten an email explaining when it would be available (I assume after 60-90 days) or what it is for (amazon, visa, etc).
