Xfinity “lost” my trade in
I joined xfinity about a year ago and traded in an iPhone 16 and a iPhone 15 pro max. About 3 months in they started saying they never received the iPhones and after many tickets they said they did receive them but they were damaged (they were not sent damaged) then they said it was normal and now they are saying they are gone again. I asked them to make a ticket and they did but this time they said they aren't going to apply the credits unless they find the iPhones but they have been saying that for a year now and I’m convinced they are just saying that and aren’t looking anymore. Ive been lied to multiple times and now they are saying “oh well, we cant find it” and now I’m out of 2 brand new iPhones and out of a trade in credit deal i was promised. My bill is super high now and I’m very very upset. I will be leaving this service soon and will give it bad ratings and never recommend it to anyone. Can’t believe xfinity tries to scam military members but thats the word we live in now.
