Xfinity locking my number lock on my phone and not unlocking

I'm having the same problem as I've read a lot of other people posting on here about Xfinity not unlocking your number lock I have talked to numerous people since the first my phone's been off I had it ported the number I got the port number and a optimum is already reported it with a new e Sims onto the phone but then it locked up when we were finished Xfinity is telling me that I can't do it except in the app but they have closed my account out in the app I don't owe anything on my phone it's paid off at just the fifth of this month the other day the last payment came out and all that I would have would be a prorated amount of 20 something dollars that would be from the 16th to the 1st of the month and that I read that that's not something from unlocking the phone I made a support ticket and went down to the Xfinity store because that's what they told me to do and I he they sent it in and then they emailed me back this morning yesterday morning telling me that they could not unlock my phone because I have not met all the requirements or something I don't know what that is but they would not tell me what requirements I was not meeting and I read all the requirements on what they sent me but they support team that the ticket went on refused to let me know why they are locking my phone and what's the reason so if I owe some money I told him how to pay that other twenty dollars right now but I'm unable to get into the app anymore because my account is closed out and I also got the extra internet I turned off well I've been having it for a year and haven't even had it and I've been paying for it anyway they keep saying they were expand down in here and they never did so I went to optimum cuz they're the only one here I'm rule in a rural area in Baytown Texas they are really causing a lot of frustration I have talked to numerous people and before they handle anything all the way they end up hanging up on me or they say they're going to call me back and they do not and I haven't had a phone on today is the 9th at 9 days I haven't had a phone and I check in and out with my job on my phone and I've been unable to do that I hope I don't get fired from my job I'm fixing to file on the FCC and talk to my lawyer and business the AI told me how do I needed to do that since I'm not being able to get anything taken care of even the support ticket they told me to go to a tier two and and specifically ask to talk to the people that manually unlock the phones because it has to have a manual unlock from a live person it can't be done online now since they close my account out and they know this and seems like I have read and I just read a whole lot of people are having the same problem and posting it on here what in the world is wrong with Xfinity why are they doing that on purpose to keep you from going somewhere else I've been with them for two for since 2000 2017 I'm pretty sure that's what it was and this is what I get for it I even waited a year for them to supposedly be expanding the service down to me and when telling up to the end of my street and it's more than 300 ft so they said that they cannot do that unless they expand the cable down here they they couldn't run the cable the people that came out here to install it and check out what was going on and I had an open ticket they kept telling me yeah I was going to get expanded just wait this way to see if it happened soon and it never hasn't been a whole year now so what do I do after I file these things it has anybody got their phone unlocked yet likes it from Xfinity on the number lock it never was locked on my before in my app I've seen that the other day whenever they were talking about port number and I started to do that in the next thing you know the app went out and said it was due to some temporary era systems era and to try again later so optimum they they just went they went ahead and they were finished doing it and we had called Xfinity and they gave a support number so and they said everything would be fine when we talked when the agent talked to the agent from ultimate to talk to the agent Xfinity information to do that and tell him what was going on next thing you know they have my account to where I couldn't even get into it on my app or into my account at all until yesterday it finally came back on yesterday evening and it's given the information about me my internet service and mobile service on at my old address that I moved from a year ago when I moved here and tried to start getting them to give me get the activated that day come out and activate my service cuz I was having a hard time getting a router to come on when they said it should be on over the phone so they came down to see what was wrong like I said and tell me that it hadn't been extended all the way to my trailer yet so this is a problem I'm having it's very frustrating I've talked to numerous people for 4 and 5 hours at a time and they end up hanging up on me or saying they going to call me back and they did not and I could not get an answer from the support team of why I don't need the requirements to unlock my phone so I will have to purchase another phone and I'm old and you know fixed income I don't have that much money to be doing all this and so far they've been charging everybody's been charging me a bunch of money actually even owes me for a lot of money that they won't reimburse me for over these last years from some charges that came up from fortunately but they had me connected my number connected with somebody else's name and was charging me and they never would credit me that either also they took my EBT for 1 of the $29.99 they had like during covid when they paid for your internet for you well for two and a half a year and a half I didn't even have the internet on and I moved from one address and my service was already ended and I didn't know nothing and went to my daughters because I have cancer so I went to my daughter so until I started trying to turn it back on to the the last address 2 years ago that I moved to let me back by myself they had been taking the 29.99 fee from the government all that time and my service wasn't even on so that's kind of fraudulent I think that I've never reported him for it and I tried to tell me that head out some bill because of my stuff had been on all that time and I said that I proved to them they know it wasn't they finally straightened that up cuz I was getting these service again and they told me that my old service said I moved from over here was cut off but they've been having me to accounts and now that they shut this off they're showing that other one that is still on and then it had been charging money and but they told me that it's off when I call them charges is still got active account number on me that's why y'all can't go into that one is my main one all the time and I didn't understand why I was having to have two accounts that had been shut off and so don't worry about it it's cut off so maybe they're trying to say that I owe money on that other account that would be a whole year I would be owing it on if I had two accounts so I've only been paying for this one that doesn't make sense that that came back on showing on my other address the cell phone information was not on there so definitely makes no sense to me that just the internet stuff is showing and nothing about the mobile phone that has nothing to do anyway if I did owe on it it has nothing to do with lock in the mobile phone or unlocking the mobile phone mobile phone was separate and the bill was separate so can anybody help me out of what to do or can anybody in Xfinity do the right thing and I'm going to try again to get connected with a tier two manual retention department that does the manual number unlocks in the meantime I've contacted my lawyers today too if I have to go buy another phone and pay money again to transport my activate my number back over to another phone and pay for another phone I'm going to be very very unhappy and they are going to be having to pay me back for all of that I think they should be owing me for all the money that I'm going to have to spend because they won't unlock my phone store that's the nearest one to me and 2 hours back plus I don't have a way to make an appointment since I just got the internet on last night like trying to make an appointment and they don't have one for days unless you go up there to speak I'll walk in so that's going to probably take me hours waiting and I have to get a neighbor to take me and their car is not running good and I think their tags are outdated I really don't want to do that but I'm going to have to pay for them gas and pay for them taking me and then pay for another phone becoming a lot of a lot of money for me plus I'm losing money at work I can now do that and get that that app that I'd take it out for Mama caregiver over to another phone so that I can be able now since I have the internet to check in and out but I've lost a lot of money $15 an hour for 6 hours a day that's not good for 9 days I was probably able to check it out loud yesterday since like I said since the internet modem finally arrived here and got turned on so SOS help help somebody help me to see if they let me know if they ever got their phones unlocked my next video but they had to do now got to go fill out all this other information on these formal forms and complaints to the FCC and the better Business bill and my lawyer and this is taking a lot of time plus I got to have to probably drive out to you today if they don't get the unlock off it's going to be over 48 hours after that I'm going to have to drive out there today or tomorrow to go get another phone so that I can get your number I can get my number on and I have to have my phone number I can't lose it because I don't know for sure if it's anything to unlock my phone or not they don't do it today then that's what I'm out to do it like I said it's going to cost me money to do all this and they are going I'm going to be logging they're going to be responsible for paying me back all that money and I know my lawyer said yes it's for sure he can make they will have to pay me back for all the inconvenience that I'm having to put out of my pocketbook for not unlocking my phone and plus my wages on my job and I've lost and any other inconvenience I think we should all get together and go to court they need to have something done to stop this with people that they try to say it's done I read online that it's done for security reasons no I don't believe that I've read too many people here posting here and other places too many people posted about this same exact thing problem that I'm having right now there's it's endless I was reading it was going scrolling down it was so many and they don't do anything they just keep being able to do that not to mention when you get anybody in customer service they're always across and then another country most of them are not even here so they can kind of just like do you have they want to they hang up on you they're going to call you back and they don't and you get I know that you're going to get tired of keep calling and going to the whole story and then they go okay let me put you this department after you tell him everything and they put you another department on hold and they're going to call you back and then they go back and forth back and forth talking to people about what to do and I literally was on the phone from 3:00 to 9:00 almost every day to them trying to handle this that's ridiculous how long it takes us for them to to unlock the number it's not like the whole phone's locked it's just the number lock so that I can get no calls in and out and no messages but I'm sure everybody knows that it's been happening to how many people on here hundreds it looks like maybe even thousands how are they getting away with that I read that there's a law that they're not able I lost you lock your phone like this
