Xfinity lies and refuses to transfer over esim to new phone
I’ve been on hours of calls and chats with xfinity to port my esim over to my new phone. They tell me my new phone doesn’t have the Verizon DMDF and that they’ll transfer the esim on their end. They then tell me to keep an eye out for an email and that I should wait two hours then restart my phone and the esim should be in there. I wait and wait and nothing happens. This has happened FOUR times. I am at my wit’s end with this company. Has anyone else had this issue?
