Xfinity is trash anymore

I about a new phone after receiving the new phone it only worked for about 6 hours and it just went dead just black screen I called for a replacement when I got it I sent the other one back after so many days I noticed they took $2,000 out of my account I called and they said they haven't received my damaged phone yet I asked him for the tracking number and compared it to my tracking number and they was using the wrong tracking number they have had the phone for weeks and kept telling me just to be patient and wait for the tracking system to update so now I'm stuck with them telling me to wait five to seven days to get the payment back to my account I honestly think they lost my phone and they're just trying to get me to pay for it. I'm changing companies as soon as possible after being with them for 11 years I got mobile and internet Xfinity is trash.

user_w9f2v9 Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Community Forums Team, and bringing this experience to our attention. Having unexpected expenses is not ideal these days. I'd be happy to look into your device return, and get you in the right direction for a resolution. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the service address, and the mobile numbers associated with your account?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
