Xfinity is not unlocking my device

I am chasing xfinity customer care from past 10 days and finally I got a mail like below.

After below mail I didnt get any email with Unlock Instructions.What are those unlock instructions?

I waited 48 Hrs again and no mail with unlock instructions came and still it shows 'SIM Locked'.
You guys should have unlocked the device automatically after 48 Hrs payment and you are doing this to every customer.
