Xfinity is a scam.

Xfinity is a huge scam when it comes to device credits. I won't give them credit that their service is very good, however, customer service is such liars. They keep telling me that they are going to add me for mobile monthly credits. They keep doing this.

I've been with them for November, and they said I need to wait two months. I waited two months and then another two months. I've been to the store around three times, as I was told by agents and representatives from Xfinity, and still absolutely nothing. I can not recommend anyone to use their mobile service. It's a huge scam.

Hi there, @user_ok165c thank you for sharing your experience. I can completely understand why you're feeling frustrated and disappointed. Being told multiple times that your device credits would be applied, only to continue waiting month after month without a resolution, would be upsetting for anyone. Having to contact support repeatedly and make several trips to a store after being assured the issue would be fixed is not the experience we want you to have. I know how discouraging it can be when you feel like you're getting different answers and not seeing the promised credits reflected on your account. We truly appreciate your patience since November, and I can understand why this situation has affected your confidence in the service. Your concerns regarding the promotional credits are valid, and I'd like the opportunity to take a closer look at what's happening. Please send us a DM with your full name and service address, and we'll review the account details and promotion eligibility to see what options are available to help get this resolved. 💙
