Xfinity Exchange Scam BEWARE

I wish I had seen all the trade in scam posts before I allowed them to talk me into a trade in upgrade. Second worst decision with the first worst being choosing xfinity obviously. Throughout the past few weeks I have spoken to over 30 technicians, five supervisors, and have spent well over 25 HOURS dealing with their lies, cons, scams, and CONSTANT repetition of them assuring me my billing issue is fixed only to find out from the next person they did NOTHING. NOBODY is interested in solving this problem, nobody is interested in retaining a six year phone AND internet customer. All over this scam they are pulling. I was FINALLY @ble to get them to admit they had received my trade in phone. That was a task in itself and even then multiple staff and supervisors tried to back track and say they didn't have it.. Their NEW story is the phone that I RECORDED MYSELF PACKAGING UP IN PERFECT CONDITION was received "damaged". They never informed me of this (part of the scam is ensuring no communication is had until all options of canceling the upgrade and keeping original phone are past) and they were just planning on having me pay the rest of the old phone off and THEY WERE GOING TO RESELL IT!!! They aren't able to even tell me when they will ship my old phone to me but they are going to steal the money from my account mid month next month. I'm waiting for fcc to open to start with the formal complaint process but I was wondering if there are any decent options or information here from someone? I'm obviously not buying them a phone to sell over again. All in all its just insane. People don't believe it it's so insane when I explain it to them but this is real and this is what they are doing. They now posess a perfect z fold 6 that they are claiming is damaged with ZERO evidence and they may or may not just put it back into their inventory to sell again after I have purchased it.. Wild. I have spoken with a friend who is a judge and this happens often and is hard to fight but there are options we are pursuing. Until then I warn anyone and all to view these stories before making the mistake of the Xfinity Exchange Scam they have running.
