Xfinity employee fraud

I open a mobile line with a trading in my old phone, promise I will receive shipping labels in the mails to returning old phone for credit, been waiting but no label, go back to the branch and find out there is no trading is made with the new phone purchase, and nothing they can do.  Now I have to pay full price on new phone and stuck with my old phone, does anybody know where I can call for this scam???

I am so sick of scammers.

something very similar happened to me only I had proof because every time I talk to these scammers, I recorded it because my state Michigan is a one party state meeting as long as one party on the conversation is aware that the phone call is being recorded then it’s legal and I always recorded the problem is, [Edited: "Inflammatory"] (Xfinity) will Lies big surprise, right, and always tells me they have no email addresses for me to send the files too. It’s a [Edited: "Language"] technology company come on guys. I’m so sick and tired of this [Edited: "Language"].  The real problem is they keep upping our rates, but don’t want to pay people in America to do a job and instead they pay people overseas who get pennies on the dollar and really do in fact it commission even though the Comcast likes to say that they don’t, so they’re selling us things that aren’t true such as dreams that turn into nightmares.

I mean for God sake I havePROOF IN THE FORM OF CALLS THAT PROVE I WAS SCAMMED.

Way to go, Comcast Xfinity whatever you call yourselves you’re the same.

Hello 

I did talk to the manager where I purchased the phone about the situation, but he said it been done so nothing he can do to help me, basically he allows his employees to fraud people. Period
