Xfinity email will not open

My Xfinity app will not let me open my email. It previously worked, but when I changed my password, it wouldn't let me sign in. Hence no email access for days.

@sbever It could be that your password manager is entering the old password? To get to your email, open a web browser to http://connect.xfinity.com

You should be prompted to enter your username and password. If your password autofills, you should erase that field and type in your new password. If you receive a message about updating your password, you should accept yes.

Thanks for reaching out to us the xfinity app doesn't give access your emails you can only access your e-mail from xfinity.com link, now on your mobile device you can use your e-mail app to link your Xfinity e-mail to your device https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/device-troubleshooting?page=device/apple/iphone-11-pro-ios-17/topic/e-mail/setup-email/choice/xfinity-imap

If you're accessing your e-mail through a third party e-mail client this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access  has great information on how to turn on your access to the third party e-mail programs
