Xfinity DPP Issue

My DPP limit was changed on the new address. The old address had a DPP limit of $ 8000 and it is now dropped to $ 2000. This is causing issues, while upgrading my phones.

I tried contacting Xfinity on this multiple times, but no resolution was provided. I even gave consent for a soft credit check, still Xfinity were not able to get the DPP limit corrected.

user_5nu5p3 Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums for assistance with your DDP limit concern. I would be happy to review the account, and help in any way I can to get it corrected for you. I'll need account information in DM to allow me to view the account please.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
