Xfinity DPP Issue

My DPP limit was changed on the new address. The old address had a DPP limit of $ 8000 and it is now dropped to $ 2000. This is causing issues, while upgrading my phones.

I tried contacting Xfinity on this multiple times, but no resolution was provided. I even gave consent for a soft credit check, still Xfinity were not able to get the DPP limit corrected.

user_5nu5p3 Thanks for reaching out to us here on Forums for assistance with your DDP limit concern. I would be happy to review the account, and help in any way I can to get it corrected for you. I'll need account information in DM to allow me to view the account please.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.

Tried reaching out to the Xfinity Direct message. They did create a ticket for Corporate office and XM team. After two days of ticket creation, they got back to me today saying, they won’t be able to transfer the credit balance from previous account / address or make any adjustments to the DPP limit.

This is absolutely disappointing from Xfinity. Despite of being a 7 year old customer and with not a single late payment on the account, that’s not a great service from Xfinity. It looks like I will have to end up moving all the 5 lines to a different carrier.
