Xfinity does not unlock
I bought a new iPhone 13 pro from Best Buy as part of a Tmobile trade in promo. Used it on Tmobile, Mint, and Visible. When I ported from Tmobile to Xfinity, they put a lock on my phone and now it won’t work on Verizon! I was at a corporate store and they tried a Verizon sim and it said not compatible, but a xfinity sim works. I reported this to the BBB and FCC, and some useless lying rep named Zach B from Executive Relations said “Xfinity never locks phones, they haven’t in years, Verizon locked your phone”. After numerous conversations and lies from this guy I have up after sending 20 unlock requests. I used their service for 2 years and they refuse to to unlock my phone. What can I do to get my Tmobile phone unlocked from xfinity??
