Xfinity are scammers

I had a contract with Xfinity for home internet for $60 per month. For the last 3 months they were withdrawing $160 from my account. After so many calls and many rude agents with no results I stopped the service and returned the equipment. Now they are offering the same service for $40 per month. In other worse Xfinity scammed me of $160 for a $40 value for 3 months. 2 weeks ago instead of getting a refund I was surprised that Xfinity withdrew $120 out of my account for unreturned equipment although I returned all. I called again and they said it was a mistake and the money will be deposited in my account within 12 hours with a 100% guarantee. It has been 2 weeks and I waste 2 hours every day on chat and phone calls and even visited the store twice and nothing was done. 
My advice to Xfinity is restoring to these practices might get you some money in the short term but in the long run you will lose all your customers and go bankrupt. 
My advice to customers is don’t use Xfinity and if for some reason you use them never ever authorize direct pay. As soon as you do that they will start withdrawing money from your account left and right. It is worse than giving your account details to a scammer
