Xfinity and FedEx steal from you !
I just ordered a iPhone from xfinity and FedEx said it was delivered when I opened the box there was no phone I filed a claim and a police report sent in the police report and pictures to xfinity and I get a email back saying FedEx delivered the package and case closed , yes I received a empty box but not a phone so they closed my case , xfinity won’t return my emails or calls they won’t replace my phone or remove the phone off my bill that’s not even activated, so I am going to take my service else where and I reported it to the BBB and talked to my lawyer and will sue both FedEx and xfinity for stealing and screwing me out of my money , people don’t do business with xfinity or FedEx they are thieves and they lie !
