.Xfinity agent chat support erase my eSIM
While I was traveling in Puerto Rico, an Xfinity support agent gave me incorrect instructions that caused my eSIM to be deleted. Since then, I’ve been completely disconnected — I can’t call, text, or use data.
I’ve already spoken to several agents with no resolution, and I submitted a formal complaint by email. I’m asking for a case ID and urgent action to restore my service.
I also request that I not be charged for the days I’ve been without service.
