Worst customer service
Similar issues dealing with Xfinity. Signed up for 3 new lines with 3 trade ins. The last trade in was delivered per usps website and tracking on Jan 5th. Called more than 10 times trying to figure out what the delay was in reviewing and applying my trade in credit. Everyone kept apologizing and saying sorry for the delay it will be done, it will be done. Today, some manager comes and says we never received the device. Not once did anyone mention this to us since January. Not a single notification. We got notification saying the device was under review and not they’re saying they never got it. He had the audacity to throw it to the ship company whom they provided a return label for??? He did nothing to support or provide any further investigation. It felt like they were trying to cover up something. Someone may have stolen it in their department or something….ridiculous
