WHY is the 2FA code generator BURIED so deep in the Xfinity app???

Hello..

For unknown reasons, I do not get push notifications to logging into our Comcast email account to my phone. Even though my phone IS listed for push notifications! My wife's phone gets the push notifications.

I have been using the 2FA code generator as a result to get logged in. 

The code generator WAS very easy to get to some months back as it was on the 'Security' tab of the app.

NOW, I have to go to Account > Account Settings > Xfinity ID and security > Two-Step verification > Code Generator!

To me, the new location of the Code Generator makes no sense and is in a horrible location of the GUI.

PLEASE put it back on the Security tab of the app so we can get to it in 2 steps instead of 5!

I can see how having to take more steps to access your two-step verification has not been ideal for you. Although this is not a change I'd be able to implement directly, I can certain ensure your feedback is heard.

Paul_e81872, besides this portion of the customer portal, did you have any questions or concerns about any other area of your account? We currently have some great promotions for our various tiers/services, along with outstanding offers with Xfinity Mobile, which includes a line on us with you activating a new Unlimited line, which is awesome. I'd be glad to explore more options if you have time :)
