Why hasn’t my order shipped yet

I had placed an order on the 19th October 2026, for 18 pro which is in stock , was told it will take 2-3 business days and will deliver on 21st l guess , and today is 21st, haven’t received any tracking or update about my order, l did all verifications but still no tracking and update on the order
