Why bother?

Keep deleting my message before I can even send it because they know they [Edited: "Language"]. They’re stealing from me basically because they keep lying about returning the money to my bank that I spent that they owe me and they’re charging me for two phones and two lines and I have one phone and one line This has been going on since September promised the money to me by the end of the month 12 /31/24 had to call back on 1/6/25 promised it again. I still don’t have it. and my bill still isn’t right I have wasted so much time energy that I’ll never get back on this and it’s ridiculous. You guys should not be allowed to get away with this kind of behavior and action towards your customers. I can’t believe this is even legal.
