Why are there NEVER any promos for EXISTING Customers?!
The reason I see others leave this service is the inability to upgrade their phones without having to add a new line. Why are there never any promos for existing customers? Been an Xfinity internet customer for years and a mobile customer for a few years now. I see things like get an iPhone 17 on us, says 0 a month but after you click the phone and choose line to upgrade it ends up being like 45 a month. Doesn't make sense to me.

Hello @Stevenjw0728001 Thanks for leaving a post here on Xfinity Forums. The iPhone 17 deal does apply to existing customers as well. But there are a few different requirements to qualify for the discount on the device.
1. The line you are adding it to must be on our Premium Unlimited data plan.
2. The device discount requires a trade in of an eligible device and depending on the trade in you can get up to $830 off based the value of the device you are trading in. Trade in device must already be paid in full.
3. You must select the phone as 24 month installments. Pay in full will not work.
If you don't do all 3 of these that is most likely why it is showing the regular price on your end. These requirements apply to all New and Existing customers.
