Why am I still being charged if my account is inactive?

I am still being charged monthly for an account that should be inactive. I've paid off my devices and moved my phone numbers and service to AT&T. Why am I still being charged?

user_eiodiy when you have a chance please send us a direct message. So, we can help with your Mobile account. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
