What doni have to do for xfinity mobile to honor their online promotion
I upgraded my phones on xfinity mobile website back in august 2025. There was an ongoing promotion for the new samsung z flip 7. The promotion required an upgrade to your line to unlimited premium and a phone trade in. I sent in phones for both my lines and upgraded both lines to unlimited premium and never received the enhanced credits promised by the promotion. I have been dealing with xfinity mobile customer service since September trying to get them to honor their promotion and have been unsuccessful in all attempts. I have spent countless hrs on the phone and been promised my issues were being escalated and corrected to no avail. Here it is November and my issue has still not been resolved. I will not recommend xfinity mobile to anyone and im considering canceling my current cell phone service . I have had xfinity as my internet provider and mobile phone service provider for several years and this is how they treat their loyal customers

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
