I can't get texts from Xfinity. 

No one seems to know how to fix this

@user_9e2hc1 I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with receiving text messages. Can you tell us more about what's going on?

Are you referring to service updates and account notifications or text messages from Xfinity customers etc.?

Too late. I switched to AT&T. Whoever thought bots and timing out CX reps and this stupid message board were good ideas should be fired.
