watch wont pair and promotion was not given when purchased

I have spent many hours on phone and 5 trips to the store which is over a half hour ride to there plus hours sitting there !! from issues when we upgraded phones and watch. NOTHING but problems.  Now I find out that the promotion was not added to watch purchase. To say I am livid does not cover the experience I have had. I want the promotion I was to get $300 Is a big loss. Plus paying for cellular on this watch that isn't connecting!  What a terrible service !!      I could never recommend xfinity and will consider a new carrier after all this.

Driving to the store 5 times and still having concerns with your service and promotion are not something we want you to have to deal with. I apologize that this has not been resolved so far.
