Want to change my mobile order

I placed an online order for a phone, the order is shipping but I want to do store pick up. how can i change this? I called both service lines and the AI isnt helpful and doesn’t know what I am talking about, nor will she connect me to a live agent.

@XfinityVictor​ no, and the AI customer service has been even less helpful when i tried today :( this customer service is making me question if i want to keep my service
