Voicemail PIN

Xfinity store in Gadsden, Al gave me a ticket number that had been opened to fix my problem not being able to login to Voicemail because it asks for a PIN I don't have. Ticket number is ECM0014014287. What is the status of that ticket? I have not heard anything in 48 hrs. Rep at store said they would email me, but no email has appeared.
