Hey @user_6kjigd looks like its be a couple of days, are you still experiencing issues with your mobile voicemail at this time?
If so, here are a few steps you can try:
First restart your phone, ensure cellular data is on, and clear the Visual Voicemail app cache/data in settings.
If issues persist, check for app updates, reset your network settings.
