Visual voicemail

 need to change my Xfinity Mobile line's ring timeout delay to 1 second. Front-line phone support cannot find this setting. Please escalate this to a network administrator who has backend access to update the routing commands on my line profile

user_t97n8f Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. You cannot change your Xfinity Mobile line's ring timeout delay to 1 second, as the minimum number of rings before voicemail answers is two. To change the number of rings, sign in to Xfinity Voice Settings, click on Call Forwarding, and select the desired number of rings (between 2 and 9) under Advanced Call Forwarding. This allows you to adjust how long your phone rings before going to voicemail.
