visual voicemail

As so many others have reported,  I am unable to get visual voicemail on a new phone. It's a Moto G 2025 which says the Xfinity Mobile app is not compatible, and to use the built-in voicemail instead. But that does not work either and keeps saying "unable to update visual voicemail." Is there anyone anywhere who might be able to solve this problem? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out @blever To set up Visual Voicemail on your Motorola Moto G 2025, open the phone app, go to settings, then voicemail, and toggle on the visual voicemail switch
