Very Poor Customer Consideration

I have had 6 months of pure frustration with Xfinity Mobile and there doesn't appear to be any light at the end of the tunnel.  I decided to upgrade my phone in September, 2025 and brought my daughter into my account who was already an Xfinity Mobile customer.  Well, this is where the whole nightmare started.  They switched her to my account but assigned her new iPhone 17 a new phone number which was totally the wrong thing to do.  In the process of trying to get her number changed to her original phone number, they changed my phone number and then after calling Customer Service, they completely disconnected the both of us.  After this nightmare,  I found an agent who helped us get our numbers back.  That was quite an ordeal!!! After all of that, I have spent the next 6 months attempting to reconcile my trade ins, both my daughter's and mine.  According to the Xfinity offer, trade in your old phones and get your new phones free.  Well, I didn't expect that because the phones were previous models and I expected the value of the old phones to be less. I have been told because of the phone number switch on my daughters trade in, the credit for the trade in was voided.  So, the $400 I was told as the trade in value of her phone, was completely wiped away. The agent said there's nothing they could do.  How's that for Customer Service? This was Xfinity's mistake and I have to eat the loss!!!!  Then, the iPhone 13 ProMax I traded in which was in excellent condition had an estimated trade in value of $1000.  Now I am told my phone was only valued at $200, less than my daughter's iPhone 11 and I still have not yet received any of these credits.  It took me 6 months to be given that information just 2 days ago.  What is wrong with Xfinity Mobile?  I've been a good customer for over 16 years and this is no way to be treated. No one in their right mind would want to do business with a company that treats their customers like this.  Time to start reconsidering my options.
