Very dissatisfied with the way Xfinity Agents are handling calls, the information provided is incorrect and have wasted 2 hours

I am trying to upgrade my device and facing lot of challenges with device promotions, the info the live agent is giving me vs the info seen on website is totally contradictory. The person is unable to understand what I am trying to say and also not helping with my current issue.
