Verizon to Xfinity Transfer Number Proccess
Currently in the process of trying to activate my new phone. Porting my number to new phone has been a very unpleasant experience. As we speak, I'm on my 6-7th representative, 2nd "Supervisor". All have told me my phone would be activated in 30 mins or so. It's now been 24 hours. Now one has been able to give me a straight answer. Their "escalation team" is "monitoring" the "progress" whatever that means. Getting close to giving up.
