URGENT: Unauthorized Contract and Forged Signature on My Account
Hello,
I am writing regarding a document I received about the tablet associated with my account. The document appears to contain my signature. I want to state clearly and formally: I did not sign this document. The signature shown is not mine.
I never authorized any contract beyond what was verbally explained to me at the time of signup, when I was told the tablet was free and could be used or given to anyone. I did not agree to any separate device financing agreement, nor did I provide consent for any additional signed documentation.
This situation is extremely concerning. An unauthorized signature on a contractual document may constitute fraud or improper account handling. I am formally disputing the validity of this document and any charges connected to it.
I request the following immediately:
