Urgent: Request for Replacement of Faulty Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Device

Dear Xfinity Mobile Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance with a serious issue I’m experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip device, which I purchased through Xfinity Mobile in July 2024.

Recently, the main screen of the device blacked out completely. It no longer displays anything and does not respond to touch at all, making the phone unusable. As this is my only phone, I’m currently without access to essential communication, which is very concerning.

Given that the device is still under warranty and the issue appears to be a hardware defect, I kindly request that you help expedite either a repair or, preferably, a replacement of the device as soon as possible.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter, as it’s impacting my ability to stay connected and handle daily responsibilities.

@user_sxyeqo Did you purchase an Xfinity Mobile Care Plan? If so, you can file a claim through the mobile section in the Xfinity app. If not, you need to contact Samsung for support. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/
