Urgent Need mailing label
Hello,
I am contacting you regarding my Xfinity Mobile trade-in order ([insert order/trade-in ID if you have it]). I have not been able to access or receive the return label needed to send back my device. I have attempted the following without success:
- Tried generating the label online (the “Print Return Label” option is unavailable).
 - Contacted support previously, but no working label has been sent.
 - My return deadline is approaching, and I risk losing my trade-in credit through no fault of my own.
 
I want to return the device on time and in compliance with Xfinity’s requirements. To protect my trade-in eligibility, I am requesting the following immediately:
- A valid, usable return label emailed to me at [insert preferred email].
 - OR a verified shipping address where I can send the device myself via USPS/UPS/FedEx with tracking and signature confirmation.
 - Written confirmation that my trade-in credit will not be canceled due to these delays outside of my control.
 
Please escalate this to the proper team if needed. I am documenting all communications, and if this is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to file complaints with the FCC and BBB to ensure my trade-in credit is honored.
