Urgent: iPhone 17 Pro Trade-In Order Not Received

I recently moved from Mint to Xfinity and took a trade-in offer. The agent confirmed my order for an iPhone 17 Pro and provided an order number, assuring me that I would receive the phone by October 20th.

However, I still haven’t received the phone. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and several tickets have been raised, but there has been no real progress—just delays and repeated updates without any resolution.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on my order status or shipment details.
