Urgent: Device Unlock Issue with Fully Paid Device

Dear Xfinity Customer Service Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding my device, which I believe has been fully paid off. Despite this, the device is still showing as locked to Xfinity, which I believe is a violation of our agreement.

I have made all the necessary payments, and I expect the device to be unlocked. However, I am still facing issues with the device being locked to your network. This is causing me significant inconvenience, and I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to explore legal options to protect my rights as a consumer. I hope we can resolve this amicably, but I will not hesitate to take further action if necessary.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to unlock my device. Please confirm in writing once the device has been unlocked.

When I try to use another provider's sim on the device, it shows:

Sim card isn't supported
