Urgent Complaint: Unauthorized Charges on My Account

Dear Customer Service Manager,

     I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the unauthorized charges on my account by your company.  Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, the issue remains unresolved, and I have yet to receive a refund for the charges related to the phone I did not receive. 

     On March 29, 2024, I noticed a charge on my account for $628.04 for a phone I never received.  I immediately contacted your service department and filed a complaint, providing all the necessary details and documentation to support my claim.  Despite assurances that the issue would be rectified and the money refunded, I have not seen any action taken on your end.

     This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.  As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and prompt resolution when such errors occur.  It is unacceptable that this matter has not been addressed despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

     I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge and a formal explanation for the delay in resolving this issue.  Additionally, I expect measures to be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future,

     I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and a swift resolution.  I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
