Upgrade
I’ve been trying to upgrade my device for the last 3 years. I’ve called and been on chat for the matter SEVERAL times. I w even been told my issue would be escalated to a manager and I would get a call back. For some reason I’m not able to upgrade-they’ve told me something about my credit being on a different account?? They were supposed to move it—but it’s never moved
my other complaint is every time someone touches my account they do something wrong. I’ve been told I needed new lines to transfer service to a new address..
I just want to upgrade like I use to. I’ve been with the company for over 10 years-but according the last person who touched it said I’ve been with the company for 3

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
