Upgrade phone not received

Upgrade iPhone shipped 10/13/25 to deliver 10/15/25. It still hasn’t delivered. Tracking has said it’s out for delivery since 6:17am 10/15/25. I’ve called FedEx and Xfinity and can’t get a live person. I want my phone!!
