    I order phone Feb 25, 2026 2 day shipping. On feb 27 delivery came no phone just boxes of phones, I immediately return the package th the delivery driver to make as refused return/ item missing. Immediately contact Xfinity obtain police report and submit all documents on feb 27th 2026.!!!
  • This ticket was promised to be resolved on march 13 and told I can go into store to get the phones because I don’t want to risk it be stolen again through the mail. When I go in to pick up devices on March 13, 2026 APPARENTLY they can’t give me devices because ticket is still open NO-ONE CAN OVERRIDE and NOT A SINGLE PERSON currently no has any idea when this will be resolved if i will get refund or devices. I’m just stuck in review status . No updates no communication. I switched to save but now I have to pay my current phone Bill again and it’s almost be a month since my order!
