Unresolved Mobile Billing Issue

I am writing to formally dispute an ongoing charge of $7.49 per month for a mobile device that I never received.

The device was ordered but never arrived, and I reported the issue last year. The device was subsequently deactivated, and I believed the matter had been resolved. However, after reviewing my recent statements, I discovered that I have continued to be charged $7.49 monthly for the past 13 months.

Since the device was never delivered, never received, and never used, I should not have been billed for it. The total amount charged in error is $97.37 ($7.49 × 13 months).

I am requesting:

  1. A full refund of all charges related to this device.
  2. Immediate removal of any remaining charges from my account.
  3. Written confirmation that this issue has been fully resolved and will not occur again.

I would appreciate a prompt review of my account and a timely resolution of this matter. Please let me know or contact me if any additional information is needed.
