Unresolved Mobile Billing Issue
I am writing to formally dispute an ongoing charge of $7.49 per month for a mobile device that I never received.
The device was ordered but never arrived, and I reported the issue last year. The device was subsequently deactivated, and I believed the matter had been resolved. However, after reviewing my recent statements, I discovered that I have continued to be charged $7.49 monthly for the past 13 months.
Since the device was never delivered, never received, and never used, I should not have been billed for it. The total amount charged in error is $97.37 ($7.49 × 13 months).
I am requesting:
- A full refund of all charges related to this device.
- Immediate removal of any remaining charges from my account.
- Written confirmation that this issue has been fully resolved and will not occur again.
